Returns for defective items.

At Luxica Lighting, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Therefore, all products undergo rigorous quality control. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the basic warranty is valid for one year on all our products.

Customer Change of Mind.

This type of return is only valid for 7 days from delivery of the product, provided it has not been installed and is returned to our warehouse in its original box with all accessories. Otherwise, the exchange cannot be processed. Shipping will be at the customer's risk. If you choose to return it, a fee will be charged to the payment platform, plus shipping costs. These amounts will be deducted from your total return. Once we receive the return, our warehouse will verify that it is complete with all accessories and has not been installed before processing the return.
